These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and 1Fi, operated by FIQUITY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and 1Fi, operated by FIQUITY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 1Fi website, or services ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
1Fi is a digital Platform that enables users to discover, apply for, and manage credit products offered by third-party lending partners, including Volt and its NBFC partners ("Lending Partners"). 1Fi itself does not issue loans, determine eligibility, evaluate creditworthiness, or participate in underwriting. All decisions regarding loan approval, rejection, sanction amount, repayment terms, and interest rates are made exclusively by the Lending Partner. After receiving the loan, you are required to repay all EMIs, interest, charges, and dues directly to the Lending Partner. 1Fi's role is limited to facilitating access to loan products through an API integration and providing cashback or rewards based on interest payments made by you to the Lending Partner.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen years old, competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and possess all necessary permissions and authority to use the services. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to deny access to any user who provides false or misleading information or fails to meet eligibility criteria.
3. USER ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATION
To access services, you must create a user account using your mobile number and complete OTP verification. You agree to maintain confidentiality of your login details and ensure that no unauthorized person accesses your account. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported to us immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is compromised or being misused.
4. LOAN APPLICATION THROUGH VOLT
When you apply for a loan through the Platform, you consent to 1Fi sharing your personal, financial, and KYC information with Volt for loan processing. Volt may conduct further verification, including KYC checks, income assessment, credit bureau checks, and other evaluations required under law. You acknowledge that 1Fi has no authority over, nor responsibility for, Volt's credit decisions, loan terms, verification processes, sanctions, rejections, or service timelines. All loan agreements, digital signatures, repayment obligations, and disclosures will be executed directly between you and the Lending Partner. You must read the loan agreement carefully before accepting any offer.
5. CASHBACK ON INTEREST PAYMENTS
1Fi provides a cashback program under which users may receive a cashback amount equivalent to all or part of the interest they pay to the Lending Partner. Cashback is calculated based on repayment data received from Volt, including EMI amounts, interest components, due dates, and successful payment confirmations. Cashback may be credited to your bank account or your 1Fi wallet, depending on our policies at the time.
Cashback is not guaranteed and may be withheld, modified, delayed, or cancelled in cases such as missed EMIs, delayed payments, premature loan closure, fraudulent activity, incorrect data submission, or if required by law. The decision of 1Fi regarding cashback eligibility and calculation is final.
6. FEES, CHARGES, AND COSTS
1Fi does not levy any mandatory fees for Platform access unless expressly stated. Fees associated with loan processing, foreclosure, late interest, penalty charges, or any other costs are determined solely by the Lending Partner. You are responsible for understanding all charges outlined in the loan agreement provided by Volt. 1Fi is not liable for any disputes arising from fees charged by a Lending Partner. However 1Fi gives cashback on the initial processing fee paid to the lending partner of 999 + GST
7. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including KYC regulations, RBI guidelines, and data protection laws. You must not misuse the Platform, upload false documents, impersonate another person, use the Platform for commercial or unlawful purposes, or engage in activities that undermines Platform security or functionality. Any violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Your use of the Platform is governed by the 1Fi Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, processed, shared, and stored. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may include links to third-party websites, APIs, or services, including Volt's loan management systems. These services operate independently, and 1Fi does not endorse, control, or guarantee their content, processes, security, or practices. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms and policies.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and design elements available on the Platform belong to 1Fi or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform solely for personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
11. DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. 1Fi does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, secure data transmission, or the accuracy of information displayed. Loan approvals, timelines, offers, interest rates, and limits are entirely controlled by the Lending Partner. 1Fi does not guarantee cashback amounts if default in principle amount repayment is done by the user, continuity of programs, or financial outcomes. You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Fi is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, financial, or reputational loss arising from your use of the Platform, loan decisions made by Volt, delays in cashback, incomplete documentation, technical issues, or actions of third-party providers. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 1Fi in the preceding three months, which in most cases is zero.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1Fi, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, lawsuit, penalty, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, misuse of services, false information, or any violation of law.
14. TERMINATION
1Fi may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by regulatory authorities. You may discontinue using the Platform by deleting your account. Termination does not affect any ongoing obligations such as pending cashback, legal requirements, or outstanding loan repayments.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon, India
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.

18. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
1Fi is committed to resolving user concerns in a timely, fair, and transparent manner. If you have any complaint, dispute, or issue relating to the Platform, cashback, data handling, or any service offered, you may raise a grievance through the official channels listed below. Our Grievance Redressal Officer ("GRO") will acknowledge, investigate, and resolve your concern in accordance with applicable laws.
You may submit your grievance by emailing the Grievance Redressal Officer at [Insert Grievance Email] with a clear description of the issue, relevant screenshots or documents, your registered mobile number, and any reference IDs associated with the matter. Upon submission, an acknowledgment will be sent to you within 48 working hours. The GRO will review your complaint and provide a resolution within 30 days, unless the matter requires additional time due to complexity or dependence on external parties such as our Lending Partners.
For complaints specifically related to loan applications, loan terms, loan rejection, EMI debits, or repayment issues, we will coordinate with Volt and its NBFC partner(s) to ensure a complete and accurate resolution. However, since 1Fi is not the lender, certain loan-related issues may need to be addressed directly with the Lending Partner as per regulatory guidelines.
If you are dissatisfied with the final response or if your complaint remains unresolved beyond the specified time frame, you may escalate the matter to higher authorities as permitted under applicable laws, including relevant consumer protection forums.
